What else we want to share with you

The GNSS Payload facility hosts the Navigation Timing Test Bed, the GIOVE-B Payload Test Bed and the IOV Payload Test Bed.

These testbeds provide support to In-orbit anomalies, navigation technology evolution and payload life testing.

The Timing Test Bed consists of a TVAC equipped with vibration dampening as well as internal magnetic shielding to improve the isolation of the very sensitive atomic clocks inside.

This facility hosts a RAFS, a PHM and a CMCU and it is capable of producing a frequency reference representative of GNSS space payloads.

Both payload test beds are capable of generating and evaluating end-to-end performance parameters for these payloads.
